LHHOn behalf of our client, aninternational group operating in the medical technology sector, we are lookingfor an Order to Cash TeamLeader.Joining the Finance & Accounting team, the role will takeownership of the Order to Cash and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuringaccuracy of financial data, effective support to business operations andcontinuous process improvement, within an international environment that callsfor a high degree of autonomy and close cross-functional collaboration.Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cashand Accounts Receivable processes- Coordinate and support a team of tworesources, ensuring alignment on priorities, workload and performance- Perform AR and salesreconciliations, providing reporting and analysis in support of decision-making- Support month-end and year-endclosing activities related to customer accounting and receivables- Manage customer queries and disputesin collaboration with Customer Service and internal stakeholders- Ensure compliance with SOXprocedures, VAT regulations and accounting policies- Support electronic invoicing,intercompany transactions and credit/debit note processes- Safeguard and improve the quality ofcustomer master data, fostering process efficiency and data accuracy- Contribute to process improvementand Finance transformation initiatives,



including SAP-related activitiesYour ProfileRequirements and Skills- Bachelor's degree in Accounting,Finance or related disciplines- 3?5+ years of experience in similarroles within Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Customer Accounting or Billing- Good understanding of accountingprocesses, VAT and financial controls- Solid knowledge of Excel and ERPsystems; SAP experience is highly valued- Strong organisational skills andability to manage priorities and deadlines- Excellent communication skills andability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Customer Service and Businessstakeholders- Fluent English- Proactivity, reliability andautonomy.Contract and Compensation:Employment under CCNL Gomma Plastica ?
