and assortment strategiesEvaluate post-launch performance and derive insights for continuous improvementYour stroll to CYBEX:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Management, Textile Engineering, or related fieldSeveral years of professional experience in apparel product management or a related field within the fashion, sportswear, or lifestyle industryProven track record of managing the product creation process from concept to market, including building processes and routines from scratchStrong project management skills, including experience with cross-functional stakeholder alignment and timeline managementDeep understanding of Go-to-Market processes and the interdependencies between product, marketing, and sales functionsExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsProficiency in PLM systems, Excel, and presentation tools; experience with data-driven decision-making is a plusFluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plusCYBEX operates globally and has employees from copious nations.
