This role will leverage deep SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) expertise to design and implement enhancements, provide strategic guidance, and help drive scalable solutions that improve business performance in and user experience related to all Order-to-Cash (OTC) activities. The position will also support the organization’s SAP modernization roadmap, including Unicode conversion activities and migration from ECC to SAP S/4HANA. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field. /li li5+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration and support experience. /li liStrong knowledge of SAP SD processes including order management, pricing, billing, shipping, and customer master data. /li liExperience supporting business transformation and process improvement initiatives. /li liExperience gathering and documenting functional business requirements. /li liExperience creating functional specifications for system enhancements and integrations. /li liExperience supporting SAP testing, deployment, and production support activities. /li liAbility to read and analyze ABAP code to support troubleshooting, testing, and enhancement activities. /li liExperience working with SAP integrations and cross-functional business processes. /li liKnowledge of SAP best practices and process optimization methodologies. /li liExperience supporting or participating in SAP implementation or enhancement projects. /li liExperience supporting SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives preferred. /li liKnowledge of SAP Unicode conversion processes and related impacts to business and system functionality. /li liExperience participating in SAP upgrade, migration, or system conversion projects.
