pWe are looking for an experienced Senior AR Billing Accountant to join our global AR team. This hands-on role combines billing, collections, accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong accounting background, understands the full order-to-cash cycle, and can ensure that AR data is accurate and fully reconciled with the general ledger. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliOwn the end-to-end billing and AR process across multiple global entities. /liliReview contracts and commercial terms and ensure accurate and timely billing. /liliManage complex billing models and issue invoices and credit notes. /liliManage collection activities, customer follow-ups, and escalations. /liliMaintain accurate AR aging reports and collection forecasts. /liliReconcile AR aging and customer balances with the general ledger and balance sheet. /liliInvestigate discrepancies and reconcile payments, credits, FX differences, and unapplied receipts. /liliSupport monthly and quarterly closing, including journal entries, reconciliations, and cut-off procedures. /liliProvide accurate AR data for cash flow reporting, treasury planning, and management reporting. /liliSupport audits and improve billing, collection, reconciliation, and reporting processes. /liliWork closely with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Treasury, and Accounting. /liliEnsure data consistency across NetSuite, Salesforce, and internal billing platforms.



/liliManage end-to-end billing through global cloud marketplaces, including transaction reconciliation, fees, payouts, and related reporting. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in AR, billing, accounting, or a similar finance role. /liliStrong accounting knowledge and hands‑on experience with month‑end close and balance sheet reconciliations. /liliHands‑on experience working with global cloud marketplaces, such as AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace. /liliProven experience reconciling AR aging to the general ledger. /liliExperience preparing collection forecasts, cash reports, and management reporting. /liliStrong understanding of the order‑to‑cash cycle. /liliAdvanced Excel skills and excellent written and spoken English. /liliStrong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. /liliAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced, global environment. /li /ulh3Advantages /h3ulliAccounting degree, bookkeeping certification, or another relevant qualification. /liliExperience in a global SaaS or high‑tech company. /liliExperience with complex or usage‑based billing models. /liliExperience with NetSuite and Salesforce. /liliFamiliarity with revenue recognition and deferred revenue reconciliations. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
