As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region. /ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliDeliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all PL elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets. /liliAnalyze business performance, run PL simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions. /liliMonitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders. /liliLead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions. /liliPrepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders. /liliCoordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation.



/li /ulpbQualifications Experience Required /b /pulliEducation: University degree required.Preferred: Accounting Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering. /liliExperience (years): Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment. Ability to work within a matrix organization. /liliTechnical Skills: Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems. Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure. /liliLanguage Skills: English required. /liliSoft/Behavioral Skills: Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
