pThe Industrial Engineering Specialist is responsible for supporting and improving manufacturing processes across the three production plants, with a focus on manufacturability, equipment, tooling, process robustness and operational efficiency. /p pThe role acts as a key technical interface between Manufacturing and RD. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport optimisation of product and component design to improve manufacturability, quality and cost efficiency. /li liIdentify needs for modification or improvement of machinery and production equipment. /li liCoordinate the development, set-up and implementation of new equipment and machinery. /li liPrepare technical specifications for machinery, jigs, tools and testing equipment. /li liSupport the design and optimisation of dies, jigs, tools and production equipment. /li liPrepare and update technical production documentation, including Standard Work and Work Instructions. /li liSupport product modifications and manufacturing changes. /li liPerform or support P-FMEA and root-cause analysis activities. /li liDrive improvements related to productivity, OEE, quality and lead time.



/li liMonitor and report the effectiveness of implemented improvement actions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liPreferably a Master's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering. /li liPreferably around 7 years of relevant Industrial Engineering or manufacturing experience. /li liStrong knowledge of industrial production processes such as sheet metal fabrication, stamping, brazing, TIG welding, CNC machining and assembly. /li liExperience with 2D/3D CAD and CNC programming. /li liKnowledge of Lean tools including P-FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, PDCA and Kaizen. /li liFamiliarity with ERP systems such as SAP. /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Office. /li liStrong organisational, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills. /li liGood written and spoken English. /li /ul pThe role covers Industrial Engineering activities across all three production plants.
