pWorking at Freudenberg: We will wow your world! /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliAssure all warehouse equipment is operated in a safe and efficient manner. /liliCarry out assignments accurately and in the most efficient and safe manner possible. /liliAbility to make decisions within scope of responsibility. /liliAbility to communicate with Supervisors in order to increase accuracy. /li /ulh3Additional Responsibilities /h3ulliProvides training, direction and guidance to Warehouse staff. /liliOrganization Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor. /liliInteractions Warehouse CIC Production. /li /ulh3Professional Experience and Education /h3ulliHigh School diploma or GED equivalent required. /liliAssociate’s degree preferred. /li /ulh3Specific skills and knowledge /h3ulliMinimum of 4-5 years in warehouse or distribution environment. /liliAbility to prioritize assignments and complete on time. /liliWriting and verbal skills must be able to read, write and speak local language fluently. /liliAble to provide direction to workforce and to communicate warehouse rules and procedures. /liliAble to work any shift as required by the changing workloads or the specific needs of the company. /liliAble to lift up to 50 lb. /liliAble to operate a fork truck/pallet jack (electric or manual). /liliHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail. /liliBasic computer and math skills.
