We’re looking for someone who enjoys making marketing work better: creating campaigns, improving customer journeys and using technology to simplify everyday tasks. You should be comfortable with digital tools and data, curious about how systems connect and able to turn ideas into practical improvements.

What you’ll do
- Plan, launch and improve digital campaigns together with the marketing team.
- Use our in-house CRM to organise customer data, create audience segments and support targeted communications.
- Build and improve customer journeys, from first contact through conversion and retention.
- Create useful automations with n8n , reducing manual work and connecting marketing activities.




- Analyse campaign and customer data to understand what works and identify opportunities.
- Work with data in BigQuery and MySQL , with support from technical colleagues when needed.
- Improve emails, landing pages and forms to make the customer experience clearer and more effective.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales and technology colleagues to put improvements into practice.

What you’ll bring
- Experience in a digital agency, ideally across campaigns, CRM or marketing automation.
- A practical understanding of customer journeys, segmentation and campaign performance.
- Confidence using digital tools and learning new systems, including our own CRM.
- Experience with automation tools; familiarity with n8n is a plus.
- Confidence working with data; basic SQL and familiarity with BigQuery or MySQL are useful.
- A proactive approach, attention to detail and the ability to follow projects through.
- Availability to work on-site in Ferrara, Italy
