Safe Place for Youth (SPY) in Venice, CA, seeks a Case Manager for the Access Center to support day-to-day operations and coordinate services for youth. The role includes intake, referrals to housing, mental health, benefits, education, and employment programs, plus crisis intervention as needed.
The Case Manager will participate in developing youth-driven treatment plans, track data in HMIS/SPY Database, and assist with program administration.
