managing any operational issues and non-conformities and resolving problems quickly and effectively /li /ululliAnalyze and improve production processes /li /ulpSupply Chain and Materials /pulliCoordinate the purchasing function to ensure the availability of electronic and mechanical components and semi-finished products, manage critical suppliers and mitigate shortage risks /liliOptimize warehouse and work-in-progress management /liliMonitor and optimize the impact of lead times on production /liliCollaborate with RD to mitigate material obsolescence risks /li /ulpQuality, Regulations and Certifications /pulliCoordinate with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with quality, safety and industry standards /liliSupport the management of internal and external audits /liliReduce defect rates and customer complaints /li /ul /li /ulh3Required Skills /h3ulliElectronics or Electrical Engineering education (a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, preferably in Management Engineering, Electronics or Industrial Engineering, is a plus) /liliAt least 5 years of experience, preferably in companies manufacturing electronic equipment /liliKnowledge of electronic manufacturing processes (PCB, assembly, testing) /liliAbility to read technical documentation /liliExperience in supplier and supply chain management,
