You will join the Sustainability Team at our Business Campus in Spoltore (PE), supporting strategic projects that are helping Fater accelerate its sustainability journey and prepare for the evolving European sustainability reporting landscape. You will contribute to initiatives that strengthen our ESG governance, support the transition toward CSRD requirements, and enable the digitalization of sustainability processes and data management.

What You’ll Be Empowered To Do

- Support the Sustainability Team in the company's transition toward the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and related reporting requirements.
- Collaborate in the development and review of sustainability policies, targets, and KPIs.
- Support the collection, analysis, and validation of ESG data across different business functions.
- Contribute to projects aimed at the digitalization of sustainability processes
- Assist in the monitoring of sustainability performance and the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and decision-support materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Manufacturing, R&D;, ICT, and Corporate Affairs to ensure consistency and quality of information.
- Support benchmarking and research activities on sustainability trends and best practices.

Your technical playground

- Master's degree completed in progress in Sustainability Management, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration, Political Sciences, or related fields.
- Strong interest in ESG topics, sustainability reporting, corporate responsibility, and regulatory developments.
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach.
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interest in digital tools and data management solutions is considered a plus.
- Familiarity with sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, GRI, GHG Protocol) is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
