Main MissionAnalyze tender documents, perform technical, detailed design and as-built studies, develop optimized technical solutions, and prepare bid responses in collaboration with commercial, production, and management teams. Ensure the relevance, competitiveness, feasibility, and regulatory compliance of proposed offers, while maintaining the accuracy of technical documentation and effective communication with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Analysis
- Review specifications, technical requirements, and administrative documentation.
- Identify technical, regulatory, and contractual constraints.
- Participate in project kick-off meetings with internal teams.

- Technical Studies and Design

- Carry out sizing, layout, grid connection, and feasibility studies.
- Assess the resources required for project execution.
- Propose relevant technical alternatives and optimizations.
- Simulate the energy performance of PV installations.
- Size equipment including modules, inverters, mounting systems, and associated components.
- Prepare detailed design documentation (EXE) and as-built dossiers (DOE) according to client requirements and cost estimation needs.
- Prepare installation, grid connection, and commissioning documentation.

- Proposal Preparation

- Draft technical proposals, schedules, methodological notes, and supporting documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to strengthen and enhance the offer.
- Ensure tender submissions are compliant and delivered on time.
- Act as the technical liaison between commercial and production teams.
- Provide all necessary documentation to site managers and construction teams.
- Participate in handover meetings and project follow-up reviews.
- Provide technical support during the construction phase.

- Coordination and Project Follow-up





- Collaborate with sales, production, and management departments.
- Participate in client presentations, negotiations, and technical defenses.
- Ensure a smooth transfer of successful projects to execution teams.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure technical consistency.
- Obtain approval of detailed design packages from production teams, clients, and certification/control bodies.
- Prepare quantified and referenced material lists for procurement.
- Conduct site visits and update studies when required.
- Proactively contribute to quality improvements and optimization of project documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest industry standards and regulatory developments.

Required Skills

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design and calculation tools such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Caneco, Excel, and similar software.
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards and photovoltaic regulations.
- Ability to design and simulate high-performance PV systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to produce clear, accurate, and practical technical documentation.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience within an engineering/design office environment, ideally in the photovoltaic sector.
- Strong understanding of utility-scale, commercial, or industrial PV projects is highly desirable.
