Your Key Responsibilities
- Own the renewal process end to end for an assigned portfolio:



track upcoming renewal dates, prepare and send renewal paperwork, and keep pricing and terms accurate in HubSpot.
- Monitor customer engagement/usage scores across the book on a regular cadence, flag at-risk accounts early, and run proactive outreach to re-engage customers before churn becomes likely.
- Support CSMs on their own portfolios: prepare renewal packages, chase signatures, keep CRM data clean, and take on administrative or lower-touch account tasks so CSMs can focus on strategic relationships and expansion.
- Spot usage drop-offs or dissatisfaction signals and either resolve them directly (quick troubleshooting, product education) or escalate to the right CSM/Team Manager with full context.
- Track and report on renewal KPIs (renewal rate, on-time renewal rate, save rate on at-risk accounts) and help refine the churn-prevention playbook.
