The Human Resources Manager supports the HR leadership team in overseeing all aspects of the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals and the Human Resources Business Plan. /p pWe are seeking a candidate with strong integrity, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. /p h3Summary of responsibilities: /h3 ul liSupervise and guide a diverse HR team, ensuring high performance in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. /li liDeliver clear, professional communication across all levels, including reports, presentations, and interpersonal interactions. /li liExecute strategic HR initiatives with creativity and strong problem-solving skills to support business goals. /li liOversee core HR functions, including employee relations, HRIS, performance management, and compliance. /li liDrive HR operational excellence in line with company policies, labor laws, and local regulations—especially within the Bali context.



/li liCollaborate with leadership on organization development, succession planning, and employee engagement strategies. /li liSupport a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team. /li liPerform other duties that are assigned as necessary /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 2 years in HR, including experience in a managerial role at a 5-star luxury resort or cluster HR setting. /li liSolid working experience in Bali is a strong advantage. /li liExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal communication. /li liProven ability to lead a diverse Human Resources team in a dynamic and fast-changing environment. /li liA solid background in Human Resources Operations. /li liDemonstrates a high level of creativity and initiative in developing strategic and practical approaches to human resources challenges. /li liHolds at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and Psychology, or other relevant fields. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
