**Fürstenberg SIM** is the company responsible for the **Wealth Management** of the Ifis Group, part of an advanced wealth management project, where professionals aspiring to operate with high-quality standards will be able to contribute to value creation by leveraging synergies between the private and professional spheres of the Italian entrepreneur. We are looking for Wealth / Relationship Managers eager to work with a model oriented towards the quality of advice and the development of their portfolio, within a high-potential context that concretely rewards generated revenues and synergies with the Group's Corporate and Investment Banking and Private Capital businesses. You will join an **experienced team**, oriented towards growth, service quality, and the enhancement of individual talent. In particular, you will be responsible for:



* Management and development of the client portfolio; * Advanced and personalized wealth advisory; * Development of new high-value relationships; * Active contribution to the qualitative growth of the **Fürstenberg** model. You will have the opportunity to increase the value of your portfolio thanks to: * Group synergies; * Direct access to management expertise; * Expansion of the advisory offering; * A favorable environment for the real growth of assets and revenues. You are the person we are looking for if you possess the following **requirements:** * Bankers strongly motivated to build innovative private banker models; * Previous experience in the role of 3-5 years; * Active client portfolio (preferably a minimum of 20M); * Strong orientation towards the quality of client wealth management; * Ambition for economic and professional growth. Your employment in the company is planned with an open-ended contract and the application of the National Collective Labor Agreement for Commerce. For this position, an annual gross salary starting from €65,000 is foreseen, determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria, such as your experience and skills. Also included are: * Annual Incentive System; * Insurance package including health policy; * Company contribution to Complementary Pension; * Concessions on mortgages and banking products; * Restaurant Tickets; * Company laptop and smartphone.
