You will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of customer orders, from initial entry into our systems to ongoing coordination and assistance throughout the process *- Work model: #LI-Hybrid* In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact, as you will be accountable for: * Contributing to the identification and adoption of digital solutions that support team activities and process evolution. * Exploring the use of AI-based tools and automation to support specific order entry steps, from data collection to document or information handling. * Leading the resolution of customer requests by coordinating with internal teams. * Managing the end-to-end handling of orders (e.g., scheduling, invoicing, transportation). * Keeping customers proactively informed and helping clarify their requests. * Leading initiatives aimed at improving the overall customer experience, ensuring responsiveness,



clarity, and reliability throughout the order process. **Qualifications for the Role** * You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. * You are passionate about digital tools and customer support processes * You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI, and interest in Microsoft digital platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and AI-based tools including Microsoft Copilot. * You enjoy working in a team and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders. * You demonstrate ownership, a problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach * A strong team-oriented attitude, good communication skills, and courage complete the profile. * You are comfortable communicating in both Italian and English. **Compensation Package** As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico Minimum annual salary: €36.000,00 Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Premio The offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards.
