Overview
we are looking for fluent italian speakers to join our multicultural team in lisbon. the role involves being the main point of contact for italian‑speaking customers, handling inquiries via phone, email and live web chat.
Key responsibilities
- provide customer support to italian customers through phone, email and live chat, maintaining a polite and solution‑focused approach.
- investigate and troubleshoot customer issues, delivering personalized solutions.
- accurately document profiles, inquiries, resolutions and case notes in the enterprise crm system.
- meet operational targets such as csat, first contact resolution (fcr) and average handle time (aht).
- participate in ongoing training and coaching to stay updated on product changes and service workflows.

Qualifications
- native or advanced (c1‑c2) italian language skills.
- english proficiency at minimum b2 for internal communication and software navigation.




- availability for flexible rotating 24/7 shift patterns, on‑site in lisbon.
- legal right to work in the eu/eea (eu passport or portuguese work authorization).

Compensation & benefits
- plan a – local resident package: gross €1,262.33/month, housing self‑managed.
- plan b – relocation package: gross €1,059.00/month, private room in shared company flat, utilities covered, airfare reimbursement and free airport transfer after probation.
