Job Description Summary
The Asset Compliance Trainee supports the Compliance Managers and Site Managers,
with a primary focus on projects under operations, ensuring the effective and compliant operation of renewable energy assets within the organisation. You will collaborate with various teams to support financial processes, compliance requirements, and overall operational efficiency. The role supports senior Asset Compliance in monitoring operation activities and Site Managers with the third-party interaction like O&M; providers to ensure assets are performing safely with optimal efficiency.
Job Description
Key responsibilities and Authorities
• Support compliance tracker for timeline of deliverables.
• Support project onboarding, including set-up of document repository on SharePoint and reporting.
• Maintain and update permits tracker, obligations register, and documental archive for each asset.
• Track and coordinate with contractors and vendors for work orders and completion in compliance with service agreements
• Support report
