Description

The task of the Brand Management Back-office Specialist is to support the Brand Manager in her/his activities and in managing the relation with the brands of the VW Group and the internal FS stakeholders.

Role and duty – core business

The Brand Management Back-office responsibilities are:

• Support the development and implementation of Financial campaigns, interacting with other offices for portfolio management products;

• Configuration of the financial offer with a specific focus on the testing phase;

• Preparation of the legal disclaimers for the advertised offers;

• Follow the control phase and monitor the progress of campaigns;

• Collect and analyze the needs of the Field Force regarding the offers in place

• Forecast analysis regarding the penetration rate on deliveries and incoming orders for channel and financial product;

• Support on budgeting and spending analysis related to the campaign business;





• Support the Brand Manager in the development and implementation of international and local projects / growth plans (e.g. GO2025 Plans, new model launches, etc.);

• Support the Brand Manager in preparing presentations and other relevant documentation used in meetings, etc.

• Reporting preparation and development (e.g. General Business Reporting).

Competences

• Bachelor Degree;

• Advanced capacity in business analysis;

• Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;

• Knowledge of SAS System and Power BI as a plus;

• Avaiable to business travelers
