Global HR Transformation Curricular Internship | starting date: January 2027 | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person with a passion for technology and an interest in the HR field to support our Global Center of Excellence Organization and Change Effectiveness team in digital transformation initiatives. You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:
• Assist in managing HR digital transformation projects, including data analysis and end user training.
• Collaborate on the definition and implementation of new processes, from gathering requirements to testing and feedback.
• Support the management of data quality and the integration of new technologies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of HR services.




• Contribute to the dissemination of best practices and digital knowledge across the organization, acting as a change agent to foster HR’s digital transformation.

You are the right person if you:
• Degree in human resources, economics, management engineering, or similar (or near completion).
• Strong interest in digital technologies and HR processes, with a focus on data analysis.
• Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, team spirit, and attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English.
