We’re looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Sales Manager to join our Global Trade Solution (GTS) team in Italy.

In this role, you will develop and manage strategic client relationships, identify opportunities for growth and deliver tailored trade and working-capital solutions. You will also play an active role in the execution of client mandates, ensuring that solutions move efficiently from initial opportunity through to implementation and ongoing delivery.

You will work closely with clients and colleagues across the bank to understand complex business needs, structure appropriate solutions and coordinate execution. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative, international environment—bringing together market insight,

In this role you wil:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities across trade finance and working capital solutions.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into commercially viable, risk-appropriate solutions, including guarantees, letters of credit, receivables finance, supply chain finance and inventory finance.
• Lead the preparation and delivery of client proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations while managing the sales pipeline, performance tracking and forecasting.
• Act as a key client contact throughout execution and implementation, providing clear updates, resolving issues and ensuring solutions are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed terms.
