About The Role
JOB TITLE: Finance Accountant
LOCATION: Milan (Hybrid)
TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, tempo pieno
SALARY RANGE: €25,000 – €30,000 gross/year
Seniority: mid to junior
What You Will Do
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide a clear picture of WeRoad’s financial health.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, payments, and collections, ensuring smooth cash flow management.
• Support budgeting and forecasting, analyzing variances to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards, while supporting external audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting operations.
• Partner with teams across the organization to deliver financial insights that support business initiatives.
What are we looking for?
• Minimum of 1/2 years in accounting or finance, with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, ACCA) are a plus.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency, strong knowledge of accounting software, and familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central is a strong plus). Solid knowledge of Italian GAAP (OIC); IFRS knowledge is a plus.
