This Position Reports To
Business Transformation Manager
As Transformation Manager, you will drive the integrated execution of ABB Robotics' global transformation portfolio. Acting as the central orchestrator of strategic initiatives across Business Lines and Functions,
you will translate strategic priorities into a clear transformation roadmap, actively manage dependencies, risks, and value realization, and ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes. This is not a traditional PMO role. You will be expected to actively drive execution, challenge progress, and mobilize action across the organization when delivery, pace, or business outcomes are at risk.
This is a global role; the preferred locations are: Zürich (CH), Friedberg (DE), Barcelona (ESP), Milton Keynes (GBR), Milano (ITA)
