What You Need To Succeed At XPO

• Belong to the Protected Categories (Law 68/99).
• High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and service focus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
