TXT e-Tech is looking for a UX/UI Designer, with at least one year’s experience, to join the UX Design team and work on projects in the Aerospace and Defence sector at the client’s premises in Rome.
Main responsibilities:
• Analysing existing customer journeys and defining desired user experiences to identify operational pain points and opportunities for process optimisation;
• UX design and wireframe creation;
• Accessibility and compliance with AGID guidelines;
• Management of the corporate design system;
• Collaboration with development teams;
• Design quality assurance (QA);
• Cross-functional collaboration with all project stakeholders.
Required technical skills:
• Excellent command of Figma, including the structured management of component libraries, variants and complex design systems;
• Proven experience in designing information architectures and complex user flows within large-scale digital ecosystems;
• Ability to manage assigned projects independently or semi-independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality standards.
Optional technical skills:
• Practical knowledge of digital accessibility standards, including WCAG.
• Familiarity with React development principles to facilitate effective collaboration with front-end development teams.
Education: High school diploma/Master’s in UX/UI.
Behavioural skills:
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand the needs of different user groups;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
