About the role
We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our team in Milan and drive the strategy, development and lifecycle management of our Truck & Bus tyre portfolio.
This role sits at the crossroads of market intelligence, product development and business strategy, transforming customer needs and market insights into innovative products and successful go-to-market initiatives. Working closely with international stakeholders across R&D;, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Quality,



you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product offering and strengthening our competitive position in the market.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
• Drive the development and evolution of the Truck & Bus tyre portfolio, identifying market opportunities, customer needs and competitive trends.
• Define product roadmaps, portfolio priorities and value propositions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market expectations.
• Support portfolio optimization initiatives through product introductions, upgrades and rationalization activities.
