/p h3What are we looking for?
/h3 pWe are currently looking for a bFinancial Accounting Manager Italy /b to join one of the companies within bOK Group /b.
The mission of this role is to lead the accounting and financial oversight of our Italian subsidiary, ensuring the correct application of both local accounting regulations and IFRS, compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, coordination of audits, and the continuous improvement of financial processes.
/p h3What will you do?
/h3 ul liOversee and review the general accounting of the Italian subsidiary, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
/li liEnsure the correct accounting treatment of transactions related to the vehicle fleet and other associated assets.
/li liCoordinate and ensure the timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, as well as the preparation of statutory financial statements.
/li liReview balance sheet reconciliations and profit and loss accounts, ensuring the timely resolution of discrepancies and outstanding items.
/li liCoordinate reconciliations between operational and financial systems.
/li liEnsure the correct application of the Group's IFRS standards, with a particular focus on bIFRS 16 (Leases) /b.




/li liReview accruals, prepayments, provisions, and accounting estimates, analyzing variances against budget, forecast, and prior year.
/li liEnsure compliance with local tax obligations and coordinate the preparation of tax filings.
/li liCoordinate internal and external audits by preparing the required documentation and monitoring action plans.
/li liIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvement, actively participating in finance transformation and standardization initiatives.
/li /ul h3What do you need to join our team?
/h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
A Master's degree in Audit, Tax, or Finance is considered a plus.
/li liMinimum b5–7 years of experience /b in Financial Controlling, Audit, or Senior Accounting roles, preferably within multinational environments.
/li liExperience in accounting for vehicle fleets and related operations.
/li liStrong knowledge of bIFRS /b, particularly bIFRS 16 /b.
/li liExperience in auditing, tax compliance, and financial control.
/li liSolid knowledge of Italian accounting standards and corporate taxation.
/li liExperience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
/li liNative-level Italian and professional English.
Spanish will be considered an asset.
