/p h3bJob Purpose /b /h3 pReporting to the Director HR SPC RRD Italy Greece, the HR Associate supports the delivery of HR processes and initiatives across Recordati's SpecialtyPrimary Care and Rare Diseases businesses in Italy.
/p pWorking closely with managers, employees and internal stakeholders, the role contributes to the effective execution of HR operations and key people processes, supporting employee lifecycle activities and ensuring a positive employee experience within an international pharmaceutical environment.
/p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liCoordinate recruitment activities and internship programs, partnering with hiring managers, universities, business schools and external agencies.
/li liSupport onboarding and employee integration initiatives, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new joiners.




/li liMaintain accurate employee data and organizational information within HR systems, ensuring data quality and reporting accuracy.
/li liPrepare HR reports, workforce data analysis and administrative documentation to support business and HR needs.
/li liLiaise with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to support payroll activities and employee administration processes.
/li liAssist in the delivery of key HR processes, including performance management, learning activities, employee engagement and culture initiatives.
/li liSupport the implementation of HR projects and process improvement initiatives, including HRIS enhancements, data management and payroll-related activities.
/li liCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and Global HR Centers of Excellence to support the implementation of HR programs, policies and initiatives.
/li /ul h3bRequired Education /b /h3 pBachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Economics, Law or related disciplines.
/p h3bRequired Skills and Experience /b /h3 pAround 3 years of HR experience gained within international, matrix organizations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
/p pExperience working with HR systems; knowledge of SuccessFactors is considered a plus.
/p h3bRequired Behaviours and Competencies /b /h3 ul liGood knowledge of HR policies and people processes, with a basic understanding of employment legislation.
/li liGood analytical skills and confidence working with HR data and reporting.




/li liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
/li liAbility to manage multiple activities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
/li liProactive and collaborative approach, with strong interpersonal skills.
/li liTeam-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively across functions.
/li liProblem-solving attitude and willingness to learn and grow within a broad HR role.
/li liGood digital skills and interest in process improvement.
