To strengthen our Operations team, we are looking for a
Purchasing & Supply Chain Specialist
to take ownership of the purchase order flow from planning through delivery.
This is a hands-on and varied role that combines planning, execution, supplier coordination, and problem-solving. You will help ensure that the right products arrive at the right time, while proactively identifying risks, managing priorities, and stepping in when things do not go according to plan.
You will work closely with our suppliers and with internal teams including Sales Operations, R&D;, Product, Logistics, Marketing, Sales, and Finance, acting as a key link between product development, commercial demand, and supply, you will help translate business needs into a reliable and efficient supply flow.
Key Responsibilities
Plan purchasing requirements based on sales forecasts, customer orders, available stock, MOQs and lead times
Create, manage, and follow up purchase orders with suppliers
Maintain constant communication with suppliers on production progress and order status
Monitor delivery timelines and proactively identify potential delays, shortages, or supply risks
Take action to resolve issues and propose practical solutions when plans change
Verify order confirmations, invoices, quantities, prices, and delivery date
Coordinate changes to purchase orders and production priorities when required
Coordinate inbound shipments from suppliers to warehouses
Manage and coordinate components, accessories, and sub-suppliers where required
Maintain visibility on product availability and expected incoming stock
Work closely with Sales Operations, R&D; and Quality to align supply, demand, product availability, and commercial priorities
Contribute to the continuous improvement of purchasing, supply planning, reporting, and operational processes
Help identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and improve data quality and process efficiency
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, or a similar role
Strong understanding of purchasing and supply planning processes
Experience managing purchase orders and supplier follow-up in an international environment
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with ERP systems
Excellent planning, organizational, and follow-up skills
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage changing priorities
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Fluency in written and spoken English
Experience working with suppliers in China or Asia is a plus
