Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for an Administration Manager to join our Finance team at the Group Headquarters in Milan.
In this role, you will contribute to the accuracy of statutory and management reporting, support effective cost control and provide reliable financial insights to business stakeholders. Working at the intersection of Accounting, Controlling and Finance Transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring financial data quality, compliance and process excellence across the organization.

Accounting & Financial Reporting
Coordinate general ledger accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with Group accounting policies and local accounting standards.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, provisions and balance sheet reviews.
Financial Analysis & Cost Control
Monitor operating costs by department, cost center and project, ensuring correct allocation and reliable reporting.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.
Forecasting & Financial Planning
Support forecasting activities related to Net Financial Position, working closely with Controlling and Treasury teams.
