Daily Accounting Operations
Full ownershipof regular bookkeeping (Payables, Receivables, General Ledger)
Coordinationof the GBS Team for optimal efficiency
Verification and approvalof invoices and payments with precision and responsiveness
Financial Reporting & Month-End Close
Accurate and timely monthly financial closures, including comprehensive reporting and analysis for Headquarters
In-depth financial analysisand strategic reporting
Guardian of financial data reliability and integrity
Statutory & Tax Compliance
Management ofmandatory statutory requirements:



Libro Giornale and corporate books
Oversight offiscal declarations: VAT, Esterometro, 770, Unico, IRAP, Transfer Pricing documentation
Strategic Interface
Key point of contactfor Fiscal/Statutory consultants, External Auditors, and Internal Audit
IT reference contactfor accounting and tax systems
Accounting reconciliations and consistency controls
Payroll & Commission Support
Support forpayroll accountingand salary payments to employees, in liaison with payroll office
Calculation and payment of Sales Agent Commissionsxysqume in compliance with legal requirements, including year-end withholding tax
