/li liOversee the end-to-end delivery of network and security infrastructure services, ensuring alignment with contractual commitments and program objectives.
/li liLead and manage the program organization structure, including coordination with Program Managers, Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Quality Assurance teams.
/li liObtain client signoff for functional specifications/requirements and recommend change requests for scope changes.
/li liDrive solution architecture, technical feasibility studies, and due diligence for program requirements.
/li liManage technical interfaces, integration, and acceptance criteria across projects.




/li liEnsure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, information security plans, and service management plans.
/li liOversee risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
/li liMaintain program documentation, including SOW, estimations, program charter, escalation matrices, and service delivery reports /li /ul h3Skills Required /h3 ul liMinimum 18 to 20years of relevant experience in managing large-scale network and security infrastructure programs.
/li liStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
/li liDeep understanding of network and security infrastructure technologies and service delivery models.
/li liFamiliar with Wipro Internal eco system and able to connect with right team for service delivery issues and new requirements /li liDeep understanding of network and security infrastructure technologies and service delivery models.
/li liExperience in program management, solution architecture, and technical integration.
/li liAbility to manage contractual commitments, compliance, and quality assurance processes.
/li liExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities /li liCertifications in program/project management (e.g., PgMP/DM).
