QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in a business or technology related field (e. g. Computer Science, Business Administration, etc.)
Required SkillsMinimum of 6-10 years of experience.
Must have SAP domain experience.
Excellent presentation and communication skills in English, ability to switch communication styles for technical and non-technical audience with confidence, including management level at customer.
People with Lead experience who have customer interaction and client manangement are also acceptable
Pro-active, problem solving, "can-do" attitude and "customer first" mind.
Strong engagement management, relationship building and de-escalation skills.
Good understanding of SAP's cloud business, especially private cloud offering.
Good understanding of SAP technical topic.
Good understanding of SAP HANA database.
Customer facing working experience.
