In this role, you will be responsible for the daily operations, leading the Mobility Advisors team, and handling the related administrative tasks, as well as conducting daily briefings.

/h3pYou will be the main point of reference for the Mobility Advisors team.
/ppYou will motivate the team and enhance their knowledge of the products offered to our customers, ensuring the highest quality of service.
/ppYou will efficiently manage rental agreements whenever required, ensuring a smooth and simple process.
/ppYou will drive additional sales by presenting options and upgrades that enrich both the team's knowledge and the customer experience.
/ppYou will contribute to the correct implementation of sales and quality processes, following the company's standards.
/ppYou will inspect returned vehicles and properly inform customers about the corresponding procedures.
/ppYou will coordinate the daily operations of the office and the team, including scheduling shifts and working hours.
/ppYou will conduct daily briefings,



taking fleet availability and team objectives into account.
/ppYou will coordinate daily fleet availability with subcontractors based on reservations and returns.
/ppYou will identify the team's needs, train and mentor new hires, and help retain talent.
/ppYou will supervise operations to ensure the team achieves its objectives.
/ppYou will carry out quality and operational audits, collaborating with other departments.
