/b /ppbYour mission /b /ppAs a FM Building Management System (BMS) Specialist, you will support the management, maintenance, and optimization of Building Management Systems (BMS) across the campus.
In this role you will be working on the design, implementation, and daily operational maintenance of BMS technologies, contributing to efficiency, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
You will report directly to the FM Hard Soft Services Manager.
/ppHuman Technopole, located in Milan MIND Area and counts more than ****** sqm of complex building infrastructures, highly technological laboratories and services.
The next stage of development will double the current size and will open multiple services to other national institutions.

/liliSupporting maintenance planning, cost tracking, and technical documentation for BMS systems.
/liliContributing to the development of a multi-year BMS integration plan, /liliAssisting in defining BMS policies, SOPs, and system specifications.




/liliSupporting BIM integration in Facility Management, including updating system records and schematics.
/liliCollaborating with the ICT team to align framework configurations and security protocols.
/liliWorking on BMS technologies, IoT platforms, and data analysis, following established guidelines.
/liliParticipating in software logic verification and updates, under the supervision of internal specialists.
/liliWorking with maintenance technicians, assisting in daily training and BMS-related tasks.
/liliInteracting with contractors and vendors to support BMS projects.
/liliLogging and following up on fault reports in the Helpdesk system.
/liliContributing to BMS data analysis and energy efficiency improvements.
/liliAssisting in identifying and troubleshooting building system issues.
/liliSupporting configuration and optimization of BMS technologies.

/liliMinimum 3 years of experience in BMS systems.
/liliFamiliarity with Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).
/liliFluent in Italian (written and spoken).
/li /ulpPreferred /pulliEngineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related field).
/liliKnowledge of ICT frameworks and security standards management.
/liliExperience with BIM in Facility Management.
/liliKnowledge of SIEMENS, Schneider, Trend, or ISMA BMS systems.
/liliPrevious experience in research/hospital/university environments.
