/h3ulliPreparation of Process Design Criteria, Design Basis, and operating philosophies /liliProcess simulations and preparation of Heat Material Balances (HMB) /liliDevelopment of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs) /liliEquipment sizing, calculations, and preparation of process datasheets /liliInstrument sizing, calculations, and preparation of instrument datasheets /liliDevelopment of Cause Effect (CE) Matrices and Emergency Shutdown (ESD) Philosophy /liliRelief load calculations and PSV sizing /liliFlare and blowdown system design /liliLine sizing and hydraulic calculations /liliUtility summaries and process input to utilities design /liliSupport to HAZID / HAZOP studies and design reviews /liliTechnical support during vendor documentation review and TBEs /liliInterface management and coordination with other disciplines and licensors /li /ulh3What are we looking for?
/h3ullibEducation: /b Master's Degree/bachelor's degree in: bChemical Engineer or similar /b /lilibBackground: /b 1-2 years as a Process Engineer within Upstream OG Project (onshore) /li /ulh3Technical/IT Knowledge: /h3ulliDevelopment of Heat Material Balances.
/liliPreparation and review of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs).
/liliBasic experience in process equipment and instrumentation sizing.
/liliSupport to process calculations (hydraulics, line sizing, utilities).
/liliFamiliarity with Upstream facilities (gas treatment, compression, production, utilities) is considered a plus.
/liliParticipation in multidisciplinary reviews (e.g. PID reviews, HAZOPs) under supervision.
/liliProcess simulation tools: Aspen HYSYS (or equivalent).
/liliEngineering tools: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
