Your role

We are looking for a Senior Innovation Director for Strategy Advisory to join Ingenium in a senior leadership position.

This role is designed for an accomplished professional with at least 15–20 years of experience across strategy consulting, technology, artificial intelligence, innovation or digital transformation.

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong point of view on how AI, emerging technologies and new business models are transforming Fashion and Luxury - someone capable not only of understanding change, but of helping senior executives decide what to do next.

You will operate as a senior advisor, thought leader and strategic partner to our clients, contributing directly to the development of Ingenium’s advisory practice.

What you'll do

- Strategic Advisory: Advise C-level executives and senior leadership teams on innovation, technology, AI and business transformation.
- AI & Technology Strategy: Translate developments in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies into concrete strategic opportunities for Fashion and Luxury companies.
- Innovation Strategy: Design innovation strategies, transformation roadmaps and long-term strategic recommendations.




- Future & Market Intelligence: Identify technological, competitive and societal shifts that could reshape the Fashion and Luxury industries.
- Thought Leadership: Develop strong perspectives, strategic frameworks and executive-level insights on the future of Fashion, Luxury, Technology and AI.
- Executive Workshops: Lead strategic conversations, workshops and presentations with senior decision-makers.
- Business Model Innovation: Identify new business models, growth opportunities, partnerships and technology-enabled propositions.
- Technology Ecosystem: Evaluate technology companies, AI players, startups and emerging solutions relevant to our clients.
- Client Leadership: Build trusted relationships with senior executives and act as a strategic partner throughout complex advisory engagements.
- Practice Development: Contribute to the evolution and growth of Ingenium’s Strategy & Innovation Advisory offering.

Requirements

- 15–20+ years of professional experience is required. This is a senior position only.
- Significant experience in strategy consulting, technology, AI, digital transformation, innovation strategy or a leading Fashion/Luxury organization.
- Previous experience in a senior leadership, director, partner, principal, head of innovation, strategy or comparable role.




- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, emerging technologies and their strategic business implications.
- Proven ability to advise and influence C-level and senior executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to connect technology, market dynamics and business opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of innovation frameworks, transformation strategies and new business models.
- Ability to transform complex information into clear executive recommendations.
- Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Deep intellectual curiosity and a strong point of view on the future of technology and business.
- Experience within Fashion, Luxury or Made in Italy is highly valued.
- Fluent Italian and English are required.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and international environment.
