/ph3What to expect /h3pReporting to the Finance Manager, you will contribute to the financial reporting and analysis activities of the Italian business, working closely with Finance colleagues and stakeholders across the organization to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information.
/ppYour main responsibilities will include: /pulliPreparing financial and management reports for local management, regional Finance and Group stakeholders; /liliCollecting, consolidating and validating financial data from different business areas, ensuring accuracy, completeness and consistency; /liliSupporting month-end and year-end closing activities in collaboration with the Finance Manager and Shared Service teams; /liliContributing to budgeting, forecasting and working capital reporting processes; /liliPerforming financial and variance analysis, monitoring key business performance indicators; /liliSupporting accounting reconciliations and accounting adjustments when required; /liliCoordinating the timely collection of financial information and ensuring reporting deadlines are met; /liliActing as a key point of contact between Finance and operational teams for reporting and accounting-related matters; /liliMaintaining and improving reporting files, databases and Excel-based reporting tools; /liliSupporting continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing reporting processes, information flows and internal controls.
/li /ulh3What we are looking for /h3pWe are looking for a curious,



analytical and proactive professional who enjoys working with financial data and transforming it into meaningful business insights.
/ppRequirements: /pulliDegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline; /liliApproximately 4-6 years of experience in accounting, reporting or finance support roles, preferably within multinational or international environments; /liliGood understanding of accounting principles, periodic closing activities and financial reporting processes; /liliStrong Excel skills and confidence working with financial data and reporting tools; /liliStrong analytical mindset, attention to detail and a hands?on approach to problem solving; /liliExcellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions; /liliFluent Italian and a good working knowledge of English.
