/p pFor our HQ in Zola Predosa (BO), we are looking for a RD Membrane Chemistry Scientist, reporting to the RD Membrane Chemistry Manager.
/p pThe eligible candidate will plan and execute defined development activities with increasing autonomy.
The role connects practical laboratory/pilot execution with data analysis, technical conclusions, documentation and support to troubleshooting or lifecycle activities.

/li liTranslate technical objectives into practical experimental plans under manager or senior guidance.
/li liTrack activities, priorities, samples, data and deliverables within the assigned scope.
/li /ul h3Development and Evaluation /h3 ul liPrepare, evaluate and compare materials, formulations, samples or process variants.
/li liAssess how changes in material, process or handling affect product performance and robustness.
/li liCoordinate or perform relevant characterization and performance testing.




/li /ul h3Troubleshooting Support /h3 ul liInvestigate defined technical issues and document observations, hypotheses and results.
/li liSupport root-cause analysis with reliable data and practical technical input.
/li /ul h3Documentation /h3 ul liPrepare technical summaries, graphs, experimental records and reports with adequate traceability.
/li liMaintain accurate records of raw materials, samples, equipment, methods and results.
/li /ul h3Required Qualifications Experience /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liMaster's degree or PhD preferred in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Polymer Science, Biotechnology with strong chemistry/materials content, or related field.
/li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liTypically 2–5 years of relevant RD, laboratory or industrial technical experience.
/li liExperience with materials, formulations, coatings, membranes, filtration or chemical processing preferred.
/li liGood understanding of chemistry, materials science or chemical engineering principles.
/li liLaboratory testing and experimental planning.
/li liData analysis and technical conclusion writing.
/li liMS Office, especially Excel.
/li liSafety, sample traceability and documentation awareness.
