The programme aims to strengthen cooperation betweenAfrica and the European Union in the space sector, supporting policy dialogue, institutional partnerships, knowledge exchange, innovation, private sector engagement and investment, while contributing to stronger and more sustainable African space ecosystems.
In this context, we are seeking a qualifiedNon-Key Expert – Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expertto provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, organisation of meetings and events, and coordination of project-related activities.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
University degree of at leastthree yearsinadministration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences,



or a related field.
In the absence of such degree,three additional years of relevant professional experience.
Excellent command ofEnglish.
Working knowledge ofFrench and/or Portuguesewill be considered an asset.
Minimum General Professional Experience:
Minimum3 years of professional experienceinproject administration, contract and project monitoring, logistics and/or operational support.
Minimum Specific Professional Experience:
At least1 year of professional experience supporting donor-funded or international programmes,with contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support and organisation of meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and/or events.
xysqume Experience in Africa is an asset.
