Purpose of the position: As Management Systems &

- Quantity Manager (MSQM) you will be part of the ENCAR.

The Management Systems &
- Quantity Manager (MSQM) is responsible for the implementation and management of the Project Management Information System (PMIS), covering construction quantities, planning, progress measurement, subcontract accounting, and handover activities. The role ensures the integrity of project data, supports project teams and subcontractors, coordinates Quantity Surveyors, and provides accurate information for project control, cost management, and Mechanical Completion

How can you support us?

- Ensure effective quantity and cost control throughout the project lifecycle, including BOQ management, progress measurement, forecasting, and change management.
- Monitor construction performance through productivity analysis, progress verification, and reporting activities.
- Manage PMIS tools and project databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting.




- Coordinate subcontractor and direct hire accounting activities, supporting cost and quantity reconciliation.
- Oversee mechanical completion, test packages, punch lists, and system handover activities.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Planning, Construction, Quality, and Procurement teams to support project execution.
- Lead and support quantity management resources, promoting process compliance and continuous improvement.

Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline. Experience: at least 10 years of experience as a Management Systems &

- Quantity Manager (MSQM), Quantity Manager, Project Controls Manager, or Senior Quantity Surveyor within EPC, Oil &
- Gas, Energy, Industrial Construction, or Infrastructure projects.

Languages

- Italian: Excellent command, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- English: Fluent, both written and spoken
- Additional languages are considered a plus
