Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering complex data transformation and migration projects across SAP and non-SAP environments at an international level.

The ideal candidate combines strong delivery and programme management capabilities with a solid understanding of enterprise data transformation, system migrations and complex IT landscapes. The role requires the ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams, manage senior customer stakeholders, and take end-to-end responsibility for successful project delivery from planning through go-live and stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex data transformation and migration programmes across SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Manage multiple workstreams covering areas such as data migration, data integration, data quality, system consolidation and landscape transformation.
- Define project governance, delivery plans, milestones,



dependencies, resources and budget.
- Coordinate international and cross-functional teams including consultants, architects, technical specialists, business stakeholders and external partners.
- Act as the primary delivery interface with the customer, building trusted relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes.
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solutions and delivery objectives.
- Drive effective coordination between SAP and non-SAP teams within heterogeneous enterprise landscapes.
- Manage delivery through critical project phases including preparation, testing, cutover, go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.
- Ensure adherence to agreed quality standards, timelines, budgets and contractual commitments.
- Provide clear and concise reporting to customer executives and internal management.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery methodologies and project execution.

Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in IT project, programme or delivery management.
- Strong track record in data transformation, data migration and/or enterprise system transformation projects.
- Significant experience in SAP environments, ideally including SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.
- Proven experience working with non-SAP systems and heterogeneous IT landscapes.




- Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex and international projects involving multiple countries, teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, resource planning, budgeting and executive reporting.
- Experience managing customers and stakeholders at senior management and executive level.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage distributed, multicultural teams.
- Fluent English and willingness to work in an international environment.
