Role Description The Co-Founder at ONG GRAFODEL-MALI will play a key role in shaping the organization’s vision, strategy, and operational framework in the United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site position involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment between program activities and long-term goals. The Co-Founder will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop initiatives, secure resources, and drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities include setting performance targets, monitoring results, solving operational challenges, and contributing to financial and fundraising strategies. The role also requires active participation in stakeholder meetings, representation of the organization at events, and promotion of its mission within the local and regional community.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, evaluate programs, and support strategic decision-making.




- Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, presenting ideas, and fostering effective internal collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing to support fundraising, partnerships, and visibility initiatives.
- Solid research skills to assess needs, identify opportunities, and inform program design and organizational strategy.
- Proven leadership and team management experience in a nonprofit, social impact, or entrepreneurial setting.
- Ability to work on-site in the United Arab Emirates and collaborate across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Experience in organizational development, project management, or business development is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, management, social sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
