About the role

Prometeon Tyre Group is looking for an Administration Manager to join our Finance team at the Group Headquarters in Milan.

In this role, you will contribute to the accuracy of statutory and management reporting, support effective cost control and provide reliable financial insights to business stakeholders. Working at the intersection of Accounting, Controlling and Finance Transformation, you will play a key role in ensuring financial data quality, compliance and process excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Coordinate general ledger accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with Group accounting policies and local accounting standards.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, including reconciliations, accruals, provisions and balance sheet reviews.
- Contribute to the preparation of statutory financial statements and liaise with auditors and external advisors.

Financial Analysis & Cost Control

- Monitor operating costs by department, cost center and project,



ensuring correct allocation and reliable reporting.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.

Forecasting & Financial Planning

- Support forecasting activities related to Net Financial Position, working closely with Controlling and Treasury teams.
- Contribute to ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely delivery of financial information across the organization.

Finance Transformation & Process Improvement

- Act as a key contributor to Finance Transformation initiatives.
- Support ERP migration projects and drive the continuous optimization of administrative and accounting processes.

Requirements The successful candidate combines strong accounting expertise with a proactive and business-oriented approach, thriving in dynamic and international environments.

- Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Controlling roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements and management reporting.
- Solid understanding of OIC and IFRS.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Previous exposure to Finance Transformation or ERP migration projects is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
- Professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Proactive, hands-on and results-oriented mindset.

Salary Range: Starting from €60.000,00 gross annual salary
