Wolters Kluwer is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst - SAP Integration to lead the analysis and delivery of complex integrations across the enterprise application landscape. The role has a strong focus on Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), integration with SAP Finance (FI), and the interfaces connecting SAP with other business-critical platforms in a dynamic, international environment. This role is critical to the company's transformation journey and its ability to evolve in response to business needs. Working closely with Business Partners, Business Owners, system owners, architects, technical teams, and external system integrators, the Senior Business Analyst translates business needs into high-quality functional and integration requirements, owns the delivery of projects and enhancements within the assigned SAP Integration area, and helps ensure that internal teams and vendors achieve the agreed business and operational outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Senior Business Analyst - SAP Integration:




- · Collaborates closely with Business Owners to understand the business roadmap and translate business ideas into clear, detailed, and testable business, functional, and integration requirements.
- · Leads business analysis activities for end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and their integration with SAP FI, including billing, invoicing, customer master data, credit management, revenue-related processes, and financial postings.
- · Applies deep knowledge of current systems, interfaces, and capabilities to define feasible, value-driven solutions, and works with functional and technical teams to support successful implementation.
- · Uses business-process experience and system knowledge to analyze complex processes and identify coherent improvements that deliver benefits across the end-to-end value chain.
