About the Opportunity

As Senior Manager Western Victoria, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a diverse portfolio of mental health and wellbeing services.

You will translate organisational priorities into strong service, people and community outcomes, ensuring services respond to the distinct needs of local communities. Experience in the mental health, community services, health or broader human services sector will support your ability to effectively lead this portfolio.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be a highly visible and connected leader, building trusted relationships with government, community, health and mental health partners. You will foster collaboration and shared purpose across a geographically dispersed portfolio, strengthening connections between services, teams and communities.
