Le informazioni riportate di seguito illustrano i requisiti del ruolo, l'esperienza richiesta ai candidati e le qualifiche associate.
AWS AI Services is seeking a Principal UX Designer to lead some of the most strategic and complex design initiatives across our AI/ML portfolio, including Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Bedrock AgentCore.

This is an individual contributor role for a designer who operates beyond the boundaries of a single product or feature area. You will tackle large-scale, highly ambiguous customer problems that span services, workflows, and organizations, establish experience vision and strategy where the path forward is not yet defined, and influence product direction across AWS AI Services.

This is a particularly exciting moment to work in this space. Generative AI and agents are changing not only what developers can build, but how software itself is built, evaluated, deployed, and operated. Many of the interaction models for these technologies are still emerging.

You will have the opportunity to work on capabilities at the frontier of AI development and help define patterns that do not yet have established answers.

You will work at the intersection of AI platform strategy, developer experience, and emerging interaction models, translating sophisticated technical capabilities into experiences that help builders move from experimentation to production. You’ll partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Applied Science, Research, and UX to identify systemic customer problems, create alignment around a future-state vision, and turn that vision into shipped experiences.

This is hands‑on design role. You’ll move fluidly between strategy and execution, framing problems, conducting and using customer research, mapping complex systems and workflows, prototyping new interaction models, defining end‑to‑end experiences, and working directly with engineering teams to ship them.
