Your Role:

We are seeking a Student Affairs Coordinator to join our Florence team.



This role works closely with the Senior Coordinator of Student Affairs and the PASS Director to ensure the well-being, safety, and cultural engagement of our students abroad. The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting young adults, proactive in handling student concerns, and enthusiastic about connecting students to Italian and Florentine culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Support student well-being through health, safety, and wellness resources.
• Assist students experiencing challenges related to health, mental health, housing, or other personal concerns.
• Accompany students to appointments when necessary and follow up on care or support.
• Contribute to orientation sessions and wellness programming.
• Help organize student arrivals, excursions, and events.
• Collaborate with colleagues across Student Services, Housing, and Academic Affairs to provide holistic student support.
• Foster inclusivity and community integration.
• Participate in the emergency phone rotation.
