Position Overview
Lead the development of advanced guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) systems for precision weapons and autonomous platforms. Candidates must have demonstrated experience leading full-cycle defense R&D; programs from concept to deployment.
Major Duties - Design advanced guidance laws - Develop INS/GPS navigation systems - Build terminal guidance systems (radar, IR, laser)- Develop guidance kits and conversion systems - Lead HWIL simulation and testing - Manage production and system validation
Required Competencies - GNC systems expertise - Kalman filtering and sensor fusion - Terminal guidance systems - Simulation and modeling (6-DOF, Monte Carlo)- Real-time embedded guidance systems




Education & Experience - Master's or PhD in Aerospace, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering - GNC specialization required - 15+ years of relevant experience in guidance and control systems R&D; - At least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles - Experience in defense guidance systems - Proven leadership in GNC programs *The role offers a competitive compensation package (around USD $15,000/month, net of taxes, with flexibility based on experience), along with relocation support, housing, and family benefits. *Job Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
