Job Description

- Develop, communicate and implement comprehensive category strategies aligned with overall business objectives and needs, and integrate all relevant inputs from the execution team (projects).
- Identify business synergy opportunities to enrich the category strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the assigned category, and establish the should-cost.
- Establish sourcing objectives and priorities in terms of regions, lots, suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to support the business objectives (claims, negotiations).

Qualifications




- 5+ years’ experience as a category manager ideally within EPC, Energy-from-waste.
- Master’s degree in supply chain or engineering with experience in sourcing, category management or procurement.
- Good technical and product understanding.
- Advanced and proven skills in strategy development, contract negotiation, and project management.
- English fluency (B2/C1);

other languages are a plus.

Compensation

Basic wage component (gross): 59,000 EUR/year. This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
